Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts and engage with target accounts across APAC
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting; SaaS experience is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound channels and meet or exceed targets
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change and feedback
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and pursue high-value opportunities
