Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to scale its logistics business through engagement with prospective eCommerce and retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and business needs, and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Manage outreach activity and lead status within Salesforce CRM while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistent, measurable over-achievement
- Experience with outbound prospecting and B2B sales
- Experience using Salesforce CRM system
