Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative focused on Prospecting & Lead Generation in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target customers and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Execute outreach strategies including outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an outbound Business Development role
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven sales environment
