Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative focused on Prospecting & Lead Generation in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target customers and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team
- Execute outreach strategies including outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an outbound Business Development role
- Proven ability to identify and qualify leads
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven sales environment
