Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and generate new sales opportunities
- Research accounts to understand prospect needs and demonstrate knowledge of the product suite
- Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM to ensure effective sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and HCM SaaS
- Strong prospecting and business analysis skills
- Proficiency with standard office applications
- Understanding of common sales cycles
