Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and generate new sales opportunities
  • Research accounts to understand prospect needs and demonstrate knowledge of the product suite
  • Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM to ensure effective sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and HCM SaaS
  • Strong prospecting and business analysis skills
  • Proficiency with standard office applications
  • Understanding of common sales cycles
