Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conduct discovery aligned to Same Side Selling methodology and ensure high-quality SQL handoff to Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to support account strategy and maintain deal momentum
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in B2B technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience generating SQLs through outbound prospecting
- Strong CRM discipline, preferably with Salesforce experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing activities
