Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Conduct discovery aligned to Same Side Selling methodology and ensure high-quality SQL handoff to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to support account strategy and maintain deal momentum
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in B2B technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience generating SQLs through outbound prospecting
  • Strong CRM discipline, preferably with Salesforce experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing activities
