Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 60-80 outbound calls daily and set 25-30 SQL meetings monthly
  • Research target accounts and build high-quality prospect lists using various tools
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
  • Experience qualifying prospects efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
