Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-80 outbound calls daily and set 25-30 SQL meetings monthly
- Research target accounts and build high-quality prospect lists using various tools
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
- Experience qualifying prospects efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
