Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support consulting sales efforts through early-stage opportunity development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and develop understanding of client priorities and needs
- Support execution of sales plays and collaborate with marketing and consulting teams for pipeline generation

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Comfort in using technology and AI tools for outreach and research efficiency
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support account growth
- Intellectual curiosity for global business environments, with experience in EU or APAC markets as a plus
