Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support their sales team in a fast-paced software environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery to assess fit, need, and urgency
  • Execute outbound outreach to generate new opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales-ready opportunities while tracking all activity in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (software/SaaS preferred)
  • Proven success in selling comprehensive business solutions
  • Exceptional telemarketing and prospecting skills, including cold calling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
