Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support their sales team in a fast-paced software environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery to assess fit, need, and urgency
- Execute outbound outreach to generate new opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales-ready opportunities while tracking all activity in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (software/SaaS preferred)
- Proven success in selling comprehensive business solutions
- Exceptional telemarketing and prospecting skills, including cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
