Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Sales Business Development Representative (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads and set qualified appointments
  • Leverage CRM and technology to manage lead status and appointment activity
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize messaging and meet KPI targets
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or customer experience preferred
  • 1+ year in sales, customer service, call center, or outbound appointment setting preferred
  • Previous experience with CRM sales systems preferred
  • Insurance license preferred, but not required
