Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support its sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound lead flow and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up
- Document customer interactions and track prospects using Salesforce
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Ability to thrive on objections and rejection
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Office and business practices
