Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support its sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outbound lead flow and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up
  • Document customer interactions and track prospects using Salesforce
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role is required
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Ability to thrive on objections and rejection
  • Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Office and business practices
