Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - NAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories
  • Engage target personas through multi-channel outreach to initiate meaningful conversations
  • Assess prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline, and fit to ensure high-quality SQLs move forward
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused role
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech sales is a plus
