Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - NAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories
- Engage target personas through multi-channel outreach to initiate meaningful conversations
- Assess prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline, and fit to ensure high-quality SQLs move forward
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused role
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech sales is a plus
