Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold-call prospects and identify decision makers to initiate the sales process
  • Collaborate with laboratory leadership to develop strategic sales approaches and marketing campaigns
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell services
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; a 4-year degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or telephonic sales role
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting sales targets
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, call control, and account development
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and work ethic
