Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (Remote: USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Field a high volume of Business-to-Business inbound sales calls and emails daily
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team and achieve defined sales metrics
• Manage and update a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database with concise summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 6 months+ of over the phone business-to-business cold-calling and lead generation experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Strong work ethic and a persistent nature with excellent follow-up skills
• Telecommunication or technology industry experience preferred but not required
