Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound prospecting and tailored messaging
- Conduct discovery conversations to confirm fit and urgency, and set high-quality meetings with sales resources
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track performance metrics related to outreach and opportunity creation
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of outbound sales development or lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
- Practical understanding of discrete manufacturing environments and operational workflows
- Experience in selling or supporting sales in manufacturing, ERP, or industrial software is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
- High integrity and professionalism with a team-oriented mindset
