Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative, Health Systems (SaaS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Research target health systems and hospital organizations to understand their operational structure and key decision-makers
  • Identify and engage prospective buyers through outbound outreach including phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Communicate the value of the company's solutions and generate interest that leads to qualified demo opportunities for the Sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and social outreach
  • Ability to research target accounts and identify appropriate decision-makers within complex organizations
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to pipeline growth
