Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize and advance opportunities
- Maintain CRM with accurate activity and qualification data while tracking pipeline metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology
- Experience prospecting into large organizations (5,000+ employees)
- Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
