Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize and advance opportunities
  • Maintain CRM with accurate activity and qualification data while tracking pipeline metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology
  • Experience prospecting into large organizations (5,000+ employees)
  • Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
