Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help build its sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads and re-engage warm prospects
  • Book meetings for the sales team and ensure proper preparation and follow-up
  • Conduct cold calls and maintain targeted prospect lists for outreach
Required Qualifications
  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work remotely
  • Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in an inside sales role is preferred
  • Experience in the portable buildings industry or selling to blue-collar businesses is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
