Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting in the higher education and corporate learning markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and prioritize target accounts, market segments, and buying personas
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (EdTech or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of higher education or corporate learning environments
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales activity or pipeline targets
  • Self-starter with an analytical mindset and market research experience
