Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting in the higher education and corporate learning markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize target accounts, market segments, and buying personas
- Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (EdTech or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of higher education or corporate learning environments
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales activity or pipeline targets
- Self-starter with an analytical mindset and market research experience
