Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, making 60-80 dials per day
  • Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points
  • Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and maintain accurate CRM data
Required Qualifications
  • 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach
  • Experience qualifying prospects and understanding buyer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
