Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting 60-80 dials per day
- Research target accounts to identify their structure, workflows, and pain points
- Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and maintain accurate CRM data
Required Qualifications
- 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach
- Strong phone presence and comfort leading discovery conversations
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
