Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive sales through outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-80+ outbound calls daily and set 25-30+ SQL meetings monthly
- Research target accounts and maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting
- Qualify prospects and engage decision-makers with value-driven messaging
Required Qualifications
- 1.5-2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong phone presence and effective discovery skills
