Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and SMS
- Generate qualified prospects who book and attend discovery/demo meetings with Account Executives
- Utilize sales tools and work closely with Account Executives to support their efforts and enhance personal sales skills
Required Qualifications
- Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, with HubSpot being a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Urgent enthusiasm to learn and excel in a sales career
