Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage outbound pipeline generation and expand within school districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting into target school districts using various channels

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or similar prospecting role (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Strong research and prospecting skills to navigate complex organizations
  • High agency and ownership in creating momentum without waiting for direction
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection in a cold outbound environment
