Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to manage inbound leads and drive business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to manage and convert inbound leads
- Achieve individual targets related to pipeline creation, conversion rates, and appointments set
- Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and generate qualified meetings within targeted accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 3 years of experience as a SaaS business or sales development representative
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with both inbound and outbound sales channels
