Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to manage inbound leads and drive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to manage and convert inbound leads
  • Achieve individual targets related to pipeline creation, conversion rates, and appointments set
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and generate qualified meetings within targeted accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • 3 years of experience as a SaaS business or sales development representative
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales channels
