Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help build and scale its pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
  • Qualify leads using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and align solutions
  • Conduct account research to identify high-potential prospects and personalize outreach


Required Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as finance, fintech, consulting, venture capital, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
  • Proactive, self-directed mindset with high activity and follow-through
  • Strong understanding of customer ideal customer profile (ICP) and effective targeting
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and dialing software is a plus
