Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid-market accounts using multi-channel outreach
- Qualify and prioritize inbound leads, converting interest into high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate pipeline data and share outreach learnings
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
- Genuine curiosity about AI and marketing technology
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude or equivalent platforms, is a strong plus
- High agency and resilience in the face of rejection
