Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid-market accounts using multi-channel outreach
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound leads, converting interest into high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate pipeline data and share outreach learnings
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and marketing technology
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude or equivalent platforms, is a strong plus
  • High agency and resilience in the face of rejection
