- Source 65-75% of the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Book 8-12 qualified meetings per month and maintain CRM data accuracy above 90%
- Convert 20-30% of inbound leads into sales conversations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or BDR/SDR role with a proven track record of achieving goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs
- Analytical mindset and commitment to data-driven decisions
- Strong relationship-building instincts and objection-handling savvy
