Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts through high-volume outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Prioritize and qualify leads based on defined ideal customer profile
- Conduct cold outreach and collaborate with Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative experience
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort with direct outreach
- Experience with lead qualification and account research
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a flexible approach
