Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-quality prospects across logistics and commercial auto insurance verticals
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to align prospect pain points with the company's capabilities
  • Maintain accurate data and participate in weekly meetings to review performance and account progress


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience selling transportation insurance or technology/data solutions to insurance organizations
  • Experience in SaaS, Logistics, or Insurance, particularly in commercial auto, is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of the commercial auto insurance industry with experience across multiple verticals
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
