Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Player/Coach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target high-value enterprise organizations
  • Utilize AI tools for personalized outreach and conduct discovery calls focused on enterprise ROI
  • Build and mentor a team of BDRs, providing coaching on advanced prospecting techniques and monitoring team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in SaaS targeting Mid-Market or Enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and regulatory challenges faced by large firms
  • Experience with AI-driven sales engagement tools and automated research methods
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with a focus on modern sales techniques
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
