Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach, including cold and warm calls, to identify and engage prospective clients
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the full lifecycle sales organization
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification records within internal systems
Required Qualifications
- Prior professional experience in business, sales, or customer-facing roles; this is not an entry-level position
- Demonstrated experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
- Background in technology, account management, customer success, or similar relationship-oriented fields is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though not required
- Ability to work onsite for the first four weeks; hybrid schedule available thereafter
