Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR to help build a predictable outbound pipeline while maintaining the brand's distinctive identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-quality target accounts using various signals
- Create personalized multi-channel outreach sequences to engage potential customers
- Test and refine outbound strategies to develop effective playbooks
Required Qualifications
- Strong curiosity and a passion for learning about prospects' businesses
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing outreach sequences and CRM hygiene
- Comfortable working independently with data and tools (CRM, analytics)
- Experience with outbound prospecting in a product-led or self-serve-first company is a bonus
- Familiarity with the target buyer persona (engineers and engineering managers) is preferred
