Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR to help build a predictable outbound pipeline while maintaining the brand's distinctive identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-quality target accounts using various signals
  • Create personalized multi-channel outreach sequences to engage potential customers
  • Test and refine outbound strategies to develop effective playbooks
Required Qualifications
  • Strong curiosity and a passion for learning about prospects' businesses
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing outreach sequences and CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable working independently with data and tools (CRM, analytics)
  • Experience with outbound prospecting in a product-led or self-serve-first company is a bonus
  • Familiarity with the target buyer persona (engineers and engineering managers) is preferred
