Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and nurture early-stage leads through structured outreach and follow-up
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or SDR/BDR roles
- Proven experience in cold outreach and pipeline generation
- Based in the United States
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar platforms is preferred
