Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture early-stage leads through structured outreach and follow-up
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or SDR/BDR roles
  • Proven experience in cold outreach and pipeline generation
  • Based in the United States
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar platforms is preferred
