Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and build a high-quality pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions through various channels
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and qualify prospects using structured discovery
- Research target accounts and set up high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot
- Proven ability to stay organized and maintain quality in high-volume activity
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology is a plus
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with structured sales methodologies is beneficial
