Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline creation across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute account-based prospecting strategies to penetrate target organizations
  • Develop and manage multi-threaded outreach campaigns using various communication channels
  • Leverage AI tools and data insights for personalized outreach and maintain accurate activity in CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or early stage Sales role (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect into Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage VP and C-Level stakeholders
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools is a plus
