Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and meet or exceed targets for response time and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a quota-carrying or metrics-driven environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
