Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and meet or exceed targets for response time and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Experience in a quota-carrying or metrics-driven environment is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
