Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Executive team
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and discovery meetings scheduled
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in an outbound sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or professional services
- Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers and navigating complex organizational structures
- High proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
