Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads through multi-channel outreach and personalized communication
- Conduct discovery to assess lead fit and document qualification notes in HubSpot
- Report weekly on lead quality, objection trends, and opportunities for workflow optimization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to effectively manage resources and deliver results
