Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads through multi-channel outreach and personalized communication
  • Conduct discovery to assess lead fit and document qualification notes in HubSpot
  • Report weekly on lead quality, objection trends, and opportunities for workflow optimization
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and deliver results
