Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to expand its market reach and develop outbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to build pipeline
- Define messaging for different personas and create scalable outbound processes
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams and provide reporting on pipeline performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a SaaS BDR or recruiter with a proven track record
- Strong ability to sell into multiple personas and industries
- Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Curious and eager to understand data, analytics, and marketing ecosystems
