Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to expand its market reach and develop outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to build pipeline
  • Define messaging for different personas and create scalable outbound processes
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams and provide reporting on pipeline performance
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a SaaS BDR or recruiter with a proven track record
  • Strong ability to sell into multiple personas and industries
  • Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Curious and eager to understand data, analytics, and marketing ecosystems
