Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and generate new sales opportunities
  • Research and understand prospects' Human Capital Management needs to make tailored recommendations
  • Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM while progressing sales opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HCM SaaS
  • Strong prospecting and financial analysis skills
  • Proficiency with standard office applications and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
