Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and generate new sales opportunities
- Research and understand prospects' Human Capital Management needs to make tailored recommendations
- Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM while progressing sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HCM SaaS
- Strong prospecting and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency with standard office applications and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
