Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to coordinate and improve business development efforts across sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Business Development Framework within assigned verticals or segments
  • Support process and system improvements, including campaign tracking and data management
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure content aligns with customer needs and drive innovation in workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales, BDR, or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales automation tools
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Interest in process optimization and account-based selling strategies
