Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect small and mid-sized companies experiencing workforce changes
  • Develop relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers to introduce outplacement services
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while tracking outreach and sales performance
Required Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building a territory or client base from scratch
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and highly accountable
  • Authorization to work for any US employer
