Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help build a new division focused on outplacement and workforce transition services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect small and mid-sized companies experiencing workforce changes
- Develop relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers to introduce outplacement services
- Build and manage a sales pipeline while tracking outreach and sales performance
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions preferred
- Demonstrated success in building a territory or client base from scratch
- Self-directed, resourceful, and highly accountable
- Authorization to work for any US employer
