Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Remote (Intent + Inbound).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline from Intent accounts and ensure effective demo conversions
- Provide feedback on account performance and assist in improving marketing strategies
- Assess the quality of inbound leads and ensure high conversion rates into Sales Accepted Leads
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Proven track record of creating qualified pipeline and understanding conversion metrics
- Ability to analyze and diagnose account performance honestly
- Strong curiosity about potential buyers and their needs
- Desire to progress to an Account Executive (AE) role with clear motivations
