Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline from Intent accounts and ensure effective demo conversions
  • Provide feedback on account performance and assist in improving marketing strategies
  • Assess the quality of inbound leads and ensure high conversion rates into Sales Accepted Leads
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • Proven track record of creating qualified pipeline and understanding conversion metrics
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose account performance honestly
  • Strong curiosity about potential buyers and their needs
  • Desire to progress to an Account Executive (AE) role with clear motivations
