Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for converting leads into sales opportunities and conducting outbound prospecting in the heavy equipment auction space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and qualify inbound marketing leads to convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to generate new leads and rekindle relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and collaborate with sales teams for smooth lead transfer


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, particularly in outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of the industry and company's products/services
