Job Summary
Business Development Representative is a contract position focused on outbound sales, requiring the identification and qualification of leads to support the sales team in driving growth within the Mid-Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads
- Initiate conversations with key stakeholders to assess their needs and establish trust
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team while maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a Business Development Representative
- Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of lead tracking best practices
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Relevant experience in sales or lead generation, particularly in the Mid-Market segment, is a strong asset
