Job Summary
Business Development Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for initiating business development activities to support Digital Engagement Solutions sales teams by mapping contacts, targeting key roles, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Map contacts from target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings for sales teams
- Log interactions in CRM and provide feedback to the manager and sales team
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a business or sales development role focused on software or digital banking solutions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, 6sense, LinkedIn, and other sales enablement tools
- Experience in direct customer interactions, providing support or training to end users
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Must become a subject matter expert in digital banking, digital account opening, and payments
