Job Summary

Business Development Representative, responsible for driving lead generation, appointment setting, and lead qualification in a full-time role requiring heavy outbound calling and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to develop effective call strategies and messaging
  • Manage and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of the high-tech telecommunications industry or ability to learn quickly
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com and related platforms
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a goal-driven environment preferred
