Job Summary

Business Development Representative is a full-time position responsible for generating new business by creating market awareness, identifying potential clients, and generating leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and develop email campaigns to demonstrate the value of solutions to prospects
  • Research target leads and analyze prospects before handing them off to Regional Sales Managers
  • Maintain detailed documentation and lead management activity using various tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Definitive Healthcare is a plus
  • Strong interest in healthcare and developing a career in sales
  • Cold outreach experience required
