Job Summary

Business Development Representative, seeking a full-time entry-level candidate to identify customer needs and generate sales leads through outreach and relationship building with storage facility operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 80+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking interactions and metrics related to sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and identify cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or support, preferably in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the self-storage industry is a plus
