Job Summary
Owning the full prospecting motion, the remote Business Development Representative will manage outbound campaigns, nurture early-stage conversations, and convert engagement into qualified leads while responding to inbound inquiries and collaborating with Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Research and build target account lists aligned to the Ideal Customer Profile using various tools
- Build, launch, and optimize outbound sequences across multiple channels, personalizing messaging at scale
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, qualify leads, and nurture interested prospects through follow-up sequences
Required qualifications
- Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
- Ability to analyze data and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
